James Owen Robinson, 77, of Charlotte C. H., passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Heritage Hall Nursing Home in Brookneal. He was the husband of Donna Martin Robinson. Mr. Robinson was born in Moncton New Brunswick, Canada, January 11, 1944 son of the late Raymond Garth Robinson and Ruth Atkinson Robinson. He was a member of Phenix United Methodist Church, a Virginia National Guard Veteran, retired State Trooper and an over the road trucker. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Jason Robinson (Ginger) of Whitehouse, TX; two daughters, Jami Shultz of Charleston, S. C., Jennifer Smith of Moncks Corner, S. C.; a stepdaughter, Anna Dean (Tim); a stepson, Wally Carson all of Norfolk; a sister, Kay Saban of Hopewell; a brother Doug Robinson of Big Stone Gap. He was preceded in death by a brother, Harvey Robinson,
