JC was a wonderful man who always brought a smile to my face. I will always remember his humor, his kindness, that twinkle of good natured mischief in his eye, and the warmth of his voice. JC always made me feel right at home in Amherst, Virginia, and will always be a part of my heart. I extend my deepest condolences to his wonderful family, and pray that we all remember the joy and laughter that JC gave to us. May God show us love and mercy as we grieve JC's passing, and allow us to always focus on the good times. JC made our lives a little friendlier, and our burdens a little lighter. May he rest in peace. We love you JC!

The world has lost one of the funniest and most genuine people there ever was. JC was such a great friend and we will always have great memories of him and George at the Tire Shop. Ruby, you and your family will be in our prayers during this time, and we are truly sorry for your loss.

I don’t know what I did to cause J C to take to me. I always enjoyed talking to him. I will miss him. Rest In Peace my friend.

Mr. Cash was such a kind man. My dad took his truck to C&C for tire repairs and I liked going there with him as a child. As an adult, I went to his shop for tire service and he was always so accommodating and friendly. Amherst County has lost a wonderful resident. My sympathy and prayers for his family.
