Richard Eugene Oltz III, 21, of Phenix passed away Thursday, November 2, 2023 at home. Richard was born in New York on December 5, 2001, a son of the late Richard Eugene Oltz, Jr. and Faith Ann Miller Oltz. In addition to his mother, Richard is survived by two sisters, Alexis Fontana of Phenix and Sierra Oltz of Lynchburg; step-father, Jason Pollard; brother Nicholas Pollard of Massachusetts and sister Samantha Shira Pollard of Charlotte Court House. A memorial service will be held in the Henderson Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 9, 2023. Condolences may be sent by visiting www.hendersonfuneral.net.
