Sharon Kay Murphy

Sharon Kay Murphy, 73, of Brookneal passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital.

Sharon was born in Dodgeville, Wis., a daughter of the late Paul A. Murphy, Jr. and Kathryn Gallagher Murphy. She was a legal secretary for Jenner and Block Law Firm.

She is survived by a sister, Susan St. John (Jimmie) of Gladys; a brother, Paul A. Murphy, III (Linda) of Wheaton, Ill.; two nieces, Kathryn St. John, Judith King (Bruce); two nephews, David St. John (Amy) and Darrell St. John (Laura Carson).

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
