Amber Leigh Carpenter

Amber Leigh Carpenter, 39, of Fredericksburg passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Inova Fairfax Hospital.

Amber was born in Fairfax, March 22, 1982, the daughter of Jeffrey D. Carpenter of Gladys and Lisa M. Ames of Alexandria. She was a self-employed Licensed Professional Counselor who owned Strength Counseling Services.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Jeffrey S. Carpenter (Anu) of Spotsylvania, Caleb Carpenter (Caitlin) of Beaver Dam; one sister, Laura Marks (Chris) of Stafford; one stepsister, Kristen Ramsey (Drew) of Cary, N.C.; stepmother, Kathy Carpenter; five nephews, Logan, Caleb Jr.,
Chase, Ty, and Jack; two nieces, Skylie, and Lilly.

A celebration of life will be held on September 25, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at 6310 Five Mile Centre Park Suite 205, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.

A graveside memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. October 2, 2021 at Beulah Baptist Church, Hat Creek, VA
