Walter Joseph Smith, Jr.

Walter Joseph “Skeet” Smith, 55, of Gladys passed away Friday, July 15, 2022 peacefully at home.
Skeet was born in South Boston, October 23, 1966, a son of the late Walter Joseph Smith Sr. and the late Helen Hailey Ashby.
He is survived by a son, Justin Edward Smith (Christina Nunn) of Nathalie; two daughters, Ashton Nicole Smith (Kacel Watson) of Chase City and Katilyn Sierra Smith (Kaleb Hackett) of Brookneal; a grand-daughter, Macie Nunn; an Aunt Rose Mann of Gladys and stepmother Mary Smith of Brookneal.
