Mollie Alease Elliott Holt, 90, of Brookneal passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at Bedford Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of Henry R. Holt.
Mrs. Holt was born in Halifax County, May 11, 1932 daughter of the late Charles Elliott and Maggie Glasscock Elliott. She was a member of Roanoke Presbyterian Church, worked at Dan River Mills and worked alongside her husband on the family farm.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mary E. Reagan, and Marilyn H. Hundley (Robert) all of Glen Allen; a son, Tony R. Reagan of Brookneal; a grandson, Daniel Reagan (Crystal); two great-grandsons, William Scearce, Tyler Ferrell; a sister, Janet Chappell of Halifax; a brother, Bobby Elliott of South Boston; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by seven siblings, Irene and Bertha Phillips, James, Thomas, and Doll Baby Elliott, Willie Lea Stembridge, and Margaret Ann Blackman.
Family will receive friends at the home.
