Opal Edith Morgan Dickerson

Edith Dickerson, 85, of Nathalie passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023 at Chatham Health & Rehab. She was the wife of the late Reverend David G. Dickerson.
Edith was born in Virginia on November 12, 1937, a daughter of the late Ira Nonen Morgan and the late Ethel Hostteter Morgan. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her son Mark Allen Dickerson of South Boston; her daughter, Kimberly D. Hughes (Darryl) of Nathalie; and grandchildren, Lee Morgan Hughes (Sandy) of Appomattox and Adam Hughes of Nathalie.
Edith was an L.P.N., retired from Heritage Hall in Brookneal.
