Aniela Wajda Kowalczyk, 68, of Lynchburg, passed away at home on Saturday, September 28, 2024.
Aniela was born in Poland on March 30, 1956, a daughter of the late Jan Wajda and the late Eugenia Bosowska Wajda. She was a homemaker, and she attended The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Lynchburg.
Aniela is survived by her son, Marcin Kowalczyk (Amy) of Lynchburg; her daughter, Alicja Siek (George) of Clover, S.C.; grandchildren, Gage, Colton, and Brynleigh Kowalczyk, Kilee Kowalczyk, Emmie Hall, MacKenzie Staley, Dakkota Siek, Sylvia; five great grandchildren and stepdaughter, Alina.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
A visitation will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the Henderson Funeral Home Chapel in Brookneal.
