Randy Edward Dawson

Randy Edward Dawson, 56, of Nathalie passed away at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. He was the husband of Melinda Campbell Dawson.
Born in South Boston on October 31, 1969, Randy was the son of Marvin Edward Dawson and Bonnie Thompson Dawson. He was an employee of Hitachi Energy.
Randy is survived by two sons, Cody Edward Dawson of Nathalie and Seth Matthew Dawson (Hanna) of Roxboro, N.C., a daughter, Victoria Anne Dawson of Nathalie; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Perry Lee Dawson (Cynthia) and Robert Anthony Dawson, Sr. (Lynn), all of Nathalie; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and numerous friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
