Deborah Jean Ross Hayford, 75, of Brookneal, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at home. She was the wife of the late James Stewart Hayford.
Deborah was born in Ohio on September 9, 1948, a daughter of the late Earl Ross, Sr. and the late Clara Harp Ross. She was a member of Childrey Baptist Church and she was a homemaker.
She is survived by a son: James Hayford, Jr. of PA; four daughters: Donna Jean Hayford of PA, Sherry Hayford of Ohio, Tara Rocco (James) of Brookneal, and Katie Hayford of PA; and special grandchildren in her life: Zander Rocco, Hailey Rocco and Samantha Brown.
Deborah was preceded in death by three brothers, Steve Ross, Earl Ross, Jr. and Rick Ross and one sister, Carol Ann Dance.
