Linda Darnell Anderson, 81, of Nathalie passed away Friday, April 5, 2024 at home. She was the wife of the late Robert “Bob” Anderson.
Linda was born in Roxboro, North Carolina, January 27, 1943, daughter of the late George Anderson and the late Dora Williams Francis. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Republican Grove and a retired nurse from Halifax Regional Hospital.
She is survived by a daughter, Donna Anderson Francis (David) of Nathalie; a granddaughter, Brandy F. Scott (Quentin) of Forest; a grandson, Daniel Francis (Tabitha) of Nathalie; two great-grandchildren, Kayla Francis and Alexander Brown.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at the First Baptist Church of Republican Grove by the Rev. Shelton Miles and the Rev. Zach Ford with interment to follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall after the graveside service.
