Betty Anne Dalton Fisher family: I got to know Betty Anne at Colonial Restaurant in recent years. Elaine, my wife, and I enjoyed her waiting on us and refreshing my memory of family history. She was a beautiful spirit that blessed us every time we saw her. Know that the family will in our prayers as you celebrate and grieve her meeting Jesus. J.W. Burton

My heart hurts to hear this. I worked with Betty Ann for years and knew her for many years before that. She was such a special person. She could always make you laugh and she was such a caring person. She loved her family with all her heart and was always talking about her grand babies. She put a smile on everybody's face whenever she was around. Such a beautiful woman, inside and out. I am blessed to have known this very special lady. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

I am so sorry and shocked to see this. I graduated from high school with Betty Ann. Whenever I was in Brookneal I would usually see her at Golden Skillet and then in the last few years at Colonial. She was always the same sweet, beautiful lady she was in high school. May her family be comforted by those wonderful memories of her.

Betty Ann was one of the sweetest, hardest working and beautiful ladies we know. She treasured her family and she loved people, it seemed she always found the best in others. Her death is such a shock. But we know she's gracing heaven now! Our prayers are with her loved ones. May the Lord grant His comfort and peace. Precious memories will keep Betty Ann alive in all our hearts.

Betty Ann was a kind, sweet, and caring lady. I was fortunate enough to work shifts with her at the Golden Skillet from my senior year in high school through college. One thing I will always remember about her was her quick wit and impeccable comedic timing. Her ability to make us all laugh on shift at the Skillet made stressful shifts a lot more enjoyable. My thoughts are with the family as you grieve her loss. May her memory be a blessing to all who knew her.

My heart goes out to Betty Ann's Family. We have known Betty Ann for so many years. She lived next door to my Mom (Janie Seckman (they looked out for each other)). She had purchased the house from me that my children and I lived in (previously belonging to my Granny). She was the rock of her family and always put them first. She was always working to take care of her family and loved them dearly. This is such a shock and I'm sure to her family as well. May she be in GOD's arms for she is now in heaven as one of GOD's greatest angels. Take care, sending much love and prayers to her family.
