Elizabeth Carolyn Mann Mayberry, 38, of Gladys, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2025 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital. Elizabeth was born on October 17, 1986, a daughter of Frank Watkins Mann, Jr. and Angela Jean Singleton Mann of Gladys. She was a former employee of Gladys Mini Mart. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sons, Colton Wade Mayberry and Issac Ray Mayberry; siblings, Frankie Mann (Amanda), Stacey Mann, Jamie Stone (Adam), Jessica Mann (Devin Anthony); a niece and a number of nephews; Fiancé, Mickey Epperson; Cindy Penwell (Joey), Mary Hamilton (Will); sister-in-law, Amber Staples; brother-in-law, Michael Epperson (Blair); maternal grandmother, Doris Eggleston; a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by a sister, Jennifer Michelle Mann. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at Edge Baptist Church by the Dr. Jerry Jordan with interment to follow at Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church, and at the home of her parents’ other times.
