Elton Allen Douglas, 58, of Brookneal passed away Sunday, August 2, 2015 at home. Elton was born in Lynchburg, April 8, 1957 son of the late Hubert C. Douglas and Pauline Ward Douglas. He was a member of Brookneal Baptist Church and a former employee of Williams Lumber Co. He is survived by one daughter, Holly Jordan (Marshall) of Yorktown; two brothers, R. Wayne Douglas (Jean) of Brookneal, Carson Douglas (Louise) of Nathalie; two sisters, Wanda Douglas and Lynn Crews both of Brookneal. He was preceded in death by a son, Casey Allen Douglas. A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 8, 2015 by the Rev. Russell Tuck in Wickliffe Cemetery. Henderson Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Brookneal is assisting the family.
