Joey was my best friend in the Marines.He was a couple of years older than me so he was a good guy to have. I loved him with all my heart with the exception of his political views! lol. May he rest in peace. Semper fidelis.

I just saw this and was shocked. I worked with Joe at the City and enjoyed his laughter. I had no idea that we were brother Marines. My prayers are with his entire family and his many friends. Semper Fidelis

I have great memories growing up a few houses down from Joey. We had a lot of fun as kids. We laughed, cried, made good and bad decisions and gave our parents a few premature gray hairs. I will miss you!
