Margaret Douglas Satterfield, 93, of Lynchburg passed away Sunday, July 16, 2017 at Runk and Pratt Nursing Home in Lynchburg.
Mrs. Satterfield was born in Halifax County, August 12, 1923, daughter of the late Stonewall Jackson Douglas and Pearl Jones Douglas. She was a member of Providence Presbyterian Church and a former employee of Burlington Industries.
She is survived by one daughter, Raye F. Dalton (Charlie) of Lynchburg; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Providence Presbyterian Church Cemetery by the Rev. Coy Terry.
