Noel Francis Villeneuve, 92, of Martinsburg, W. VA. passed away peacefully at home on Monday, March 2, 2026. He was the husband of Shirley Harper Villeneuve. Born in Washington, D.C. on December 24, 1933, he was the son of the late William Joseph Villeneuve and the late Ann Marie Lippert Villeneuve. Noel was a retired carpenter and was a U.S. Army Veteran. In addition to his wife, Noel is survived by two sons, Gary Wayne Villeneuve, and Stephen F. Villeneuve (Lisette) and a daughter, Laura A. Werneth (Steven), all of Maryland; ten grandchildren, Danielle Frick, Kevin, Scott, Joseph, Catherine, Claire and Jillian Villeneuve, Kelly Bell, Andrew Werneth and Neal Buttermore; five great grandchildren, and two sisters, Helen Moltz and Annette Bucco. Noel was preceded in death by a son, William Noel Villeneuve and two brothers, Ralph and Fred Villeneuve. A funeral service will be conducted by Rev. Shelton Miles on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Union Hill Baptist Church with interment to follow at the church cemetery.
