I have lost a true Friend, Billy was like a Brother to me, he has a heart of Gold. He will always be Loved and Never forgotten. Rest in PEACE Brother. BAAAAAAH ROOOOOO !!!!! Love Todd ✌️ ❤️

Sorry to hear about Billy. He was a great cribbage player, we enjoyed playing with him at the Richmond Cribbage Club every Thursday evening.

Worked with Billy many many days in tobacco on Doug and Barbara Fisher farm! We worked hard but had time for laughs and fun at the end of the day ! Rest in peace Billy - know you and Doug are catching up ! 💜🚜 Faye and Jackie Short
