Estelle “Mae” Enoch Wynn, 83, of Nathalie, passed away peacefully at Heritage Hall Nursing Home Brookneal on Thursday, October 24, 2024. She was the widow of Kenneth Wayne Wynn, Sr. Mae was born in Campbell County on May 30, 1941, a daughter of the late Bernard Enoch and the late Francis Monroe Enoch. She was retired from Halifax County School System and she attended Republican Grove Methodist Church, and was very strong in her faith. . Mae is survived by her son, Kenneth “Kenny” Wayne Wynn, Jr. (Jill) of Nathalie; a sister, Martha Childress of Virginia Beach; brothers, Albert Enoch (Nancy) of Norfolk and Eddie Enoch (Sheila) of Rustburg; and a number of nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted by Rev. H. B. Enochs on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the Henderson Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in the Wynn Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to: North Halifax VFD, Brookneal VFD or Halifax County Cancer Assoc., P.O.
