Mabel Lee Trent, 87, of Phenix passed away Friday, March 1, 2019 at Appomattox Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Sam Jones Trent, Jr. Mrs. Trent was born in Charlotte County, April 25,1931 daughter of the late Frank Lee Pillow and Mabel Ruth Shreve Pillow. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter, Renee Starr (Richard E.) of Alexandria. She was preceded in death by a brother, Lowell Emory Pillow. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Midway Baptist Church Cemetery by the Rev. Chris Kesler.
