Celebration time at the Davidson households. Elaine and I will be in prayer for your family as you celebrate and grieve Myrtle's change of address to Heaven with Jesus. She was a wonderful friend along with J.L. and all the family since I grew up almost next door at the Burton farm. Sorry, I didn't know she had passed away until this morning when I got a text from Wayne. In Christian love, J.W. Burton

I always thought a lot of Myrtle. She was a fine Christian woman. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Melvin Scott

Myrtle was my Sunday School teacher when I was in the Junior class. She meant so much to me during my formative years. I sang in the choir with her and then ended up working with her at King's Market. She was a dear sweet lady who always let Jesus shine thru her smiling face. I know she is spending this Christmas singing with the angels. Hugs and prayers to the all of her family.

I was fortunate to have met Myrtle and Thomas at Bible study at Winfall Baptist Church several years ago; she was bold, forthright, and shared with courage her conviction of faith in Christ and His Word. I was enamored in her views and carriage---she was always beautiful and encouraging. I already miss her and pray God's comfort and peace for Thomas and the family.

Granny Myrtle was an amazing lady who had a major influence on two of our sons growing up. We all are heartbroken but very grateful for such a wonderful soul.❤️
